I had purchased tickets to a show, and was supposed to get them by email. I didn’t get them, so I called ticketsolution, 1-833-269-5766. Which I found on line. Told him my problem. No worries he said, I will delete those and give you new ones for $145.00. I had paid $199.77 for the other tickets. He said he could not take a credit card, I would have to go buy a gift card for $145.00. I did, and he stayed on the line while I went to buy these cards. I grave him the numbers on the card , then he said he could not refund my money to my credit card for this amount. I needed another $100.00 to make the refund on his server. So (stupid) we bought another $100.00. Well there was a problem on his server, we needed another #200.00 to make the refund. Again we did. Then he wanted $300.00, we said “NO”. We knew we were scammed! . He could not make the refund but would SEND IT IN 45-60 DAYS. AT THAT POINT , HE HAD OUR MONET AND NOTHING WE COULD DO. I just want to report this so no one else uses this number , to get scammed. We really wanted the tickets, now they cost me $645,00 for the tickets, which I think I have the original ones now. ?? I lost connection once, and he called me back on 1-669-900-9197. I don’t know if you can find him thru the phone numbers I gave you, but this is on line. Other innocent people can use this number thinking they are gettin help, and be scammed like me. Yes I am angry, I lost $445.00, we are retired living on SS. If anyway possible, find the scammer and stop him. Thank you
