On March 2, 2021, I ordered two (2) concert tickets to see Rod Steward in Hershey, PA. The initial concert date was scheduled for July 17, 2021 and the original purchase was made to Ticketmaster. However, the ticket purchase was routed through another company named Event Tickets Center. The concert was postponed (because of COVID) until August 20, 2022. I ordered the tickets online at: www.eventticketscenter.com and paid $174.87 by AMEX. I have spent hours on the phone trying to talk to a representative of the company. I called (855) 261-6909 but was never able to speak to a human. After a while, the automated telephone system disconnects. The company insists on using email, along with their website, for contact purposes; however, I was never able to reach someone and never able to successfully receive my tickets (whether the tickets were to be hardcopies or electronic. The best response I received was a preprogrammed email that was no help. I carefully followed the instructions on the 2-page email document, but still was unable to reach a resolution. The Ticketmaster website did indicate: “You have not purchased tickets to any upcoming events.” Because there was a delay of over a year from the time I made payment until the actual [rescheduled] concert, I am not able to file a complaint thru AMEX or receive a credit.
