I work for the real company called Ticket Spice but this company is using our business name to sell fake tickets that are sold through our system.

We had a person call our business phone to check on the tickets they bought through a Craigslist ad. I informed them the tickets were not in their name and that they way the system was set up for the event that it just wasn't possible.

The scam starts on Craigslist, then the person venmos them money, they are given the phone number 855-444-0024 to call to verify their name.
