I called a number I believed to be for SeatGeek customer service, but in hindsight it probably was not. I was seeking a payment for tickets SeatGeak sold on my behalf but did not credit to my account. The person I spoke to explained that the tickets had been sold under some corporate promotion and that I needed to buy a Target gift card to activate the refund process. It ended up requiring several gift card purchases for them that I got sucked into before I finally ended.
