I was contacted by this person pretending to be Ticketmaster regarding some tickets that I purchased. The person had all the information of my order. Which I don’t know how they got that info. They asked to reschedule tickets due to the show being oversold, said couldn’t disclose payments over the phone and that I had to Zelle Katherine which was the financing manager for Ticketmaster. I did zelle that amount and never got the money back, never got answered my calls. Never knew of them again
