Tucketmaster takes your money for ticket right away. When event is cancelled they do not return your money. They make you wait for 21 days and tgen still do not return it.

On September 20th, I purchased tickets from Ticketmaster for the 49ers and Cowboys game on October 27th, 2024, for a total of $1,053. However, on September 24th, I received an email stating that my tickets had been transferred to someone named Latoyah Westbrook, whom I do not know. I contacted Ticketmaster on the 25th, and they assured me that their fraud department would handle the issue. Despite this, my tickets are still not in my account, and Ticketmaster has taken no action to resolve the matter. My trip is already paid for, and with the game coming up next week, I am at a loss for what to do.

I went online to ticketmaster.com to purchase tickets for a concert. I was not made aware of the fact that i wasnt purchasing from ticketmaster but from an individual. Due to this fact i would not be abke to get any help from ticketmaster after what happened. I was expecting to pay one price only to find put that i was charged way more,to the tune of $600 for tickets that were selling for $60 a piece. On the receiopt i recieved the sellers info is absent as well as the amount is $0.00. This screams to me that something isnt right. It clearly states on ticketmasters site that the sellers info and price should be clearly stated. Ticketmaster are crooks and need to be shutdown. There are so many stories of this happening to other people as well.

I went to order tickets off of ticketmaster.com, the website that came up and had pretended to be ticketmaster.com was tickets master that's spelled t i c k e t s m a s t e r. com. The tickets originally on Ticketmaster were $55 a piece and this website they were almost tripled the cost of the original cost at Ticketmaster. I was going to pay $110 at ticketmaster.com and this other place wanted to charge me $388 which is a quite a bit a difference than the original cost.

Someone hacked into my ticketmaster account. Transferred my concert tickets ($650) to their account. Now, they are reselling my stolen tickets. Ticketmaster advertise that the resellers are verified and can be trusted. Well, they are selling stolen tickets from people that actually paid for by hacking to their ticketmaster account.

I was told that Ticketmaster doesn’t take credit cards I would have to purchase gift card. I got two gift cards at target for 225.00 then was told wrong amount that they would credit me after to go get another card which was 228.00 then i was told I would get discount because of this. I waited hours for this person to get the tickets then was told I need another card to create a wallet thru their app for them to send me the money I told them no then they got upset with me I asked for a supervisor was told he would call me the next day never got my tickets. I contacted my bank to put a stop to my acct. I also used PayPal originally to purchase the tickets on line paid 56.94 then the transaction timed off the online purchase so I called the Ticketmaster customer service line. I was told to go purchase gift cards in order to get my tickets cause they don’t take credit cards. I still don’t have tickets so I called a few days to find out about it I spoke to another person that told me that they would get my money back but I would have to get an apple gift card so I did that and it turned out the same way another scam never got my tickets do the total I was scammed was for $860.00. I tried to see if the gift cards company would help me but it was too late they already used the cards. My bank is trying to assist me but I don’t think it’s in my favor. Ticketmaster has to be stopped from scamming people.

I prepaid $50.00 for parking on ticketmaster for a concert on October 16. When I arrived to The Forum in Inglewood the parking attendant stated they oversold parking and that I had to pay for parking again, this time $75.00. I was told that I needed to contact ticketmaster to get a refund which I did. I called ticketmaster to obtain a refund but they told me they did not give refunds for events that passed. I was forced to pay for parking even though I Pre paid for a service I did not receive. I paid for thatparking ahead of time to ensure I would get a spot and ticketmaster committed a scam by overselling parking and forcing me to pay again. They essentially stole $50 from me and refused to give me a refund

They said I needed to call prior to the event but how could I have?! I arrived to the forum thinking I would have parking because I prepaid for it. Shame on ticketmaster for overselling and essentially stealing from people who purchased prepaid parking in good faith.

I didn't find tickets to a concert I bought from the company known as Ticket Master. I looked for their customer service number on the net. I found the number 877-4636073. when I called a representative named "Victor" answered, "Ticket master here.." I explained to him I couldn't find the proof of the tickets I purchased months before. He used my cell number to pull up my account with ticket master. He told me all the tickets I purchased through this company (gave me accurate information about my purchases for future events/concerts). He told me the tickets I allegedly purchased for 743 dollars were on hold and not booked. He told me I needed to pay for them again, then they would refund me with my original payment and it would be sorted. I truly believe I am talking with a representative of ticket master company as he pulled up personal information about me from their system. He also told me he can not ask me on the phone for credit card or bank details so I need to load a gift card with this amount and give him the gift card number.

And so I did... but after completing the process, and he didn't send my email the tickets and I didn't see a refund of the original payment I understood it was a fraud.

II was trying to purchase tickets through Ticketmaster and kept getting an error message. I called the customer service number & they told me they would have to do it over the phone as the server been down all day. they told me to add the funds on to the gift card. They told me they were seeing what seats were available. They found the same seats I was looking at. They asked for the bqrcode on the gift card. Them they said they could only purchase 1 one of the 3 tickets i was wanting & I need to go get another gift card. I refused and they told me they b could not refund the ticket that they had purchase for me. I have been scammed out of %150.00

I was trying to purchase handicap accessible seats for a concert in New Orleans Jul 14,2023 Fantasia. They assured me of the seats being available n asked for my credit card number. Upon me giving it to him he said he was going to send me a text all i needed to do was follow the steps but it somehow allowed him remote access to my phone n my credit card info he started entering the amount himself of $340 then i asked how are u controlling my phone n my money? He said no worries ma'am Its easier for him to do it after the 1st amount was taken out he continued to do another transfer for $57 which is all i had left in my account. I started screaming at him say no give me all my money back n cancel the transaction altogether then he said the only way he could give my money back was that i now have to go a purchase a gift card preferably Xbox for $150 n then they would be able to transfer my money to it. At that time im crying saying im disabled n that wasn't possible because they had taken all the money i had. They then hung up the phone w no answer after calling for several hours. So i started calling again 2day trying to contact ticketmaster again with no answer. I called every number that had anything to do with ticketmaster but only received the same person from yesterday only this time he's very rude n said i needed to now purchase a ticketmaster gift card for $200 n that he could refund all my money back w a $100 extra for inconvenience i told him they took all my money yesterday n i had none to get a gift card so he now says i only had 1 hour to call back with gift card or i get nothing. I've been crying for 2days now my money is gone im broke, disabled and refused to give another dime. He gave me a number to call him back directly to him for this transaction to happen. I called and canceled my card but have no way of getting money back. He said his name was Daniel 786-755-9844

I purchased two tickets to The Doobie Brothers Concert which was held 9.2.22. The tickets were supposed to be sent via email by a third party contractor going by the name Emman. I never received the email, and ticketmaster.com refused to refund the money. A dispute was filed with my financial institution who attempted to contact TICKETMASTER or Ticket-Center.com on two occasions requesting refund on my behalf. There is numerous emails I have documented expressing my concerns and vendor never responded.

I was suppose to get a refund for a pair if tickets that I bought. They told me that my refund had to be in the amount of 500 and that I mees to get a 350 target gift card since they don't take personal card information over the phone. A week ago they told I would receive my tickets( new set) refund in 24hrs will I have my ticket but no refund.
