Lost $392.75 from TicketSqueeze.com. Searched online for Hamilton tickets at Paramount Theatre Seattle. Web search results produced:

When I clicked on the date to purchase the tickets, I was redirected to:

I selected to receive digital tickets. Instead, I received a 'guarantee' to get instructions the day before the venue on how to retrieve the tickets.

Only after the purchase was made did I realize I was possibly scammed. A reddit search about "Ticket Squeeze" revealed many others that did not receive tickets, or were received tickets that were denied at entry of the venue.

Today, 12/26/2024 I called "Ticket Squeeze" support line (833)-383-4887 to demand full refund and advise others were scammed and reporting on ScamPulse.com as well as Reddit. The support agent "Dain" or "Dan" identified himself as a supervisor. He told me he was aware of the complaints online and assured me those were rare cases because the original seller did not fulfill their obligation with "Ticket Squeeze". My demand for repayment was restated. I followed up my demand for repayment to their customer support email: [email protected]

I was attempting to buy Broadway tickets online. This was my first time doing so, and I tried to make sure I went directly to the venue to avoid scammers. This business, TicketSqueeze, maintains a website that is branded for the venue with misleading language/branding that made it appear to be the legitimate venue, with the links to the only valid ticket sales. It also contains misleading language promising the ticket sales are the only way to avoid inflated fees. The website also shows up at the top of Google results when searching for the show's venue. After a weird, sketchy ticket delivery process, it became clear that this website and company (TicketSqueeze.com) are a reseller marketplace that had inflated the ticket price and fees by over 30%. I'm not sure the tickets are even valid, as they did not come from a legitimate company, but rather an individual. The contact phone number listed on the website goes to a completely other company (Ticketmaster) and is not even in use anymore. I'll be pursuing this further with my credit card company and the customer support.

I purchased tickets on their website. I used my credit card. They sent an email stating I would receive the tickets soon.

I purchased these on March 17, 2023. I still had no tickets at the beginning of May. I started emailing them, stating I've

purchased a lot of tickets and usually receive them within a week of purchase (transferred by the buyer). They stated that

no, I would not receive the tickets until one day prior to the event. I said I could not do that as I was traveling 300 miles for the event and would not

get a plane without a ticket. I have MANY emails with them threatening me, saying I don't understand how it works, etc. I told them I had to sell the tickets as I could not wait until the day before. They gave my information to a company Tickets to Cash. They were legit and tried to sell my tickets but when they found out the transfer of tickets would not happen before the day of they said no, they would not list them. I called my credit card co to try and get my $700.75 back. I emailed Ticket Squeeze DAILY to no avail. They just kept telling me the tickets would transfer. They sent an email address and password for me to 'log in' and get the tickets. That was bogus. It did not work, in fact Tickets to Cash (legit co) even tried it as well to help me. Nope, it was a fraud. They stopped emailing me back the day before the event, March 27th, and the day of I emailed repeatedly and never heard a word. No concert, no tickets, and out $700.75.

This is the second time I’ve file a complaint who ever is in charge actually posted my name as the scammer
What else could go wrong
Tickets were supposed to be delivered yesterday the 17th it’s the 18 show starts in 5 hours and we live 3 hours away.

Bought tickets in April for my wife’s bday. Made reservations at the Red Lion Inn for lunch making for a great birthday celebration. Tickets were supposed be here on the 17, the show is on the 18 it’s 2:00 and still no tickets.
We live in NYS and the show is in Mass.
Waiting for over 24 hours and no tickets and they’ve had our money since April. You tell me!

I purchased tickets to a concert at tanglewood theater in Lennox, Massachusetts when I googled tanglewood.com their website came up, unaware that it was not a proper website. They charged me $109 per ticket. When I called tanglewood box office they told me I had no tickets, also the price of tickets were $36 each. The seats that we thought were purchased do not exist according tanglewood theater. The website will not return our money.
