I purchased gym clothes from TicTok for my daughters birthday in her words :mom all the influencers are wearing them". So i bought her the clothes she wanted. They never arrived. The tracking system for the delivery was scetchy and when the item said delivered i emailed them at [email protected] saying i never recieved the items. They said they would resend and sent me new tracking. The same thing happened again. They offered me a 75% refund and said they will investigate the postal service. They never refunded my money of $50.

Ordered 6 items from Tictok and never received the items. After contacting them via email at [email protected] they responded and said that they will send out another package. 2nd package was sent out but never received and I have contacted them via email about it and no resolution as of yet. Even thought the dollar amount was small, totaling $33.32, but i feel this company isn't legit. I have contacted DFYNE company itself and they stated that they do not sell items via tictok. Whom ever is using the teasent/julyion is a scam. Hopefully you all can look into them or the issue and resolve same.

I ordered from tictok Amazon mystery boxes they had different ones and different sizes of box I paid for 5 of them one for 67.95 , 89.95, 158.65, and two more for 194.62 I didn't get none of them and I ordered them back in Dec and Jan I have emailed them I have reached out to the post office and they say they can't help tictok shop block me so I don't know what else to do

Its been about a month and i still haven't received my order that i purchased from Jivolia fashion nova on Tictok. I lost $22.69.
