Type of a scam Online Purchase
June 26, 2023 contacted company advising I had not received my shipment.
July 9, 2023 company advised package has been shipped out, Tracking number, *************, on https://www.17track.net/en, but could not identify or locate tracking number.
August 14, 2023, company emailed me and advised me "that your parcel has indeed arrived at your local post office" and sent me a copy of delivery information advising my package had arrived at the Cobble Hill post office and further that the package had been delivered and signed for the delivery.
Aug. 14, 2023 went to the Cobble Hill post office with the information and the tracking number of ************** the post master at the Cobble Hill post office did not recognize the tracking number and his computer did not accept the tracking number.
He had no knowledge or information of this package arriving at his post office or ever being delivered.
Aug. 14, 2023 I contacted PHP Praneth and advised them about my visit to the post office, where they said my package was delivered.
Aug. 15, 2023 company wrote back and now stated the carrier was the China Post and to contact the China Post Office !
Aug. 18, 2023, I advised that they are deceitful and lying to me, about the post office. Do they really think I can contact China Post !
Again told them I wanted my money refunded and I would be contacting Visa.
