The last wig was not supposed to be a lace front, it was the black bob with front bangs. The wig I received does not have the front bangs, and there is no way to cut my own bangs on this wig without mesh and tracks showing.
I’m overall very disappointed, as I just wasted $50 and a few weeks of my time.
When I emailed asking for a refund within the 14 day period they give for returns, this is the message I received:
"Dear Customer,
Thanks for your response. There is a little difference between ads and the real product. We don’t have the totally same product. We feel regret that our product didn’t meet your expectation. We will try our best to do better. And we offer two solutions for your choice.
We are wondering if it is acceptable we offer you a partial refund (5% refund-Item only) and you still keep the item you received? "
The products I received were not even worth half of what I paid for them, and they are only willing to give a 5% refund. Even if I keep the products, they are completely useless for the intended purpose.
The pictures on the site are stolen images and have no direct correlation with the company that is using the images to sell products. The reviews must be fake or bought, because in the review section there are pictures of people wearing wigs that match the product image. Most likely, they stole review images from wherever they got the product images from.
Overall, I just want to make sure others don't fall into this trap. They are only offering a 5% refund on my $52.27 purchase, and I did not receive the goods I ordered for that price. I do not think it's ethical to use product images that look nothing like the products you send. The descriptions of the wigs even specified the characteristics of the stolen product images and not the actual product. I have many images, some of the web pages the products are advertised on as well as images of the products I received.
