Tidebuy LLC, under the name wigsbuy, sent me a faulty wig (item no. 1405182) for $88.35 in order no. 1308446 and I had to fight back and forth and threaten them to get them to accept the return for a refund of the full amount of the wig. When they finally accepted those terms and received it back they stated that the wig I returned was the cheaper item (1405183) of two wigs in order no. 1308446, which was only $64.40. I fought back and forth with them about that and they said they would only return $64.40. In the end they have stated that they will only return $30.

Below is an image of the wig I have still, which is the cheaper wig that they say they have. They could not give my photographic proof ofg this. The image also show the faulty wig that I sent back and the shipping receipt.

Tidebuy has also reported their address as 2075 E Redondo Beach Blvd, CA, US. I had to search hard to find a zipcode, which may be 90248.
