I saw an advertisement for a large water hammock that I could use in the lake. I placed my order on May 7, the money was taken from my account. On May 18, I emailed the company to ask what normal shipping time would be, no reply. On May 21, I emailed again requesting information, again, no reply. On May 26, I asked for an update, still no reply. On June 7 I emailed and requested a refund since I received no reply and still no product. I got nothing. On June 28, I contacted my bank and asked to dispute the charge. The bank did refund the money, but I was just notified today that they'd be taking the funds back out because Visa found no fraud related to the charge. The sent information on the order details and I was able to get a tracking number from the details and tracked the package only to find that it was delivered to West Palm Beach, FL, I don't live there, never even been there. I live in Central Alabama. I've tried contacting the shipping company and have received no replies from them either. Yes, I should know better than to order anything from an ad on social media.
