At the beginning of this year (January 31) I placed an order on your website - Tidetap.com
In total, I will buy for 72.72 USD. I pay for the order immediately. According to the rules, delivery of the order is up to 30 working days. Today (April 13), 50 business days have passed, but the status of the order is still showing - waiting for shipment.
I have written to the e-mail address on the website several times and asked when my order will be sent. I have not received a reply to any of the letters.
Tidetap.com completely ignores emails and does not provide any response.

I placed an order February 11th it’s April 3rd and it still says waiting to ship. I have emailed 3 times no response. Totally a scam I am calling bank tomorrow to dispute charges.

They post ads on social media for clothing. I was interested in their beautiful assortment of winter jackets. Everything seems legitimate even checkout. But I placed my order over a month and a half ago and each time I reach out to their support email I get an error message saying the email can not be found. For a short period of time even the confirmation page link I was emailed would route to a different website with “fashion” in the name. The confirmation page is back but I have yet to receive any products.

They f...d me too. I placed an order for my husband's Valentine's Day gift and still have not received my package. The Tidetap website should be reviewed and prosecuted by the authorities. I advise anyone to NOT order anything from this website.
