Person came to house, based on a call with number on a website and made a contract to put in a fence. After waiting 2 weeks past the contract date, I called that number.

Someone answered the phone and said that he did not know who Tidewater Fence was and that I was the third person to say I had a contract with, to call him. He also stated that the number was forwarded to his number and that he could not contact whoever it was that made the contract.

Point is that number and website are fraud, and do not exist. Do not make a contract with that number, because you will lose your deposit.
