Tiditime tricked me into ordering an ice cream freezer twice with repeated emails indicating I had not completed my order. I tried without success to reach them via emails and phone calls. Luckily I paid via PayPal and received one refund. But because the vendor issued a fake tracking number for which UPS delivered something to someone else, I have not been successful in getting my second refund as PayPal believes I have received a product. I have reported this company to BBB and will be submitting a second complaint to The Northcentral Texas BBB as a result of information from a phone number Tiditime has hacked into and was using as its contact. This is most assuredly a scam vendor!

I was looking to buy some cast iron skillets. I went to this website, and put the items in my basket and then left the website. A couple days later I got an email reminder saying i could purchase the items in my basket. Then I ordered it and they sent me a conformation email. I tried to email them back, but it was unable to be delivered.

I ordered a pressure cooker from TidiTime July 18, 2020 & paid $125 for it.
Never received it.
UPS employee, Fred, said the tracking number belongs to a different address & to contact TidiTime.

Have sent several emails to TidiTime's email address: tiditime.com as well as the seller, HUỲNH MINH THÀNH: [email protected] (I purchased the item from TidiTime. Have no idea who this outfit got involved).

Either way, PayPal is absolutely useless, TidiTime has NO working phone # & NONE of them have responded to ANY of my emails.

I ordered a pressure cooker. Tracking number provided shows delivered, but we haven't received the package. I contacted UPS, they said the tracking number does not match my name and address, and said they can not help me. I've tried contacting Tiditime.com unsuccessfully. I believe they are a scam!

I ordered a stainless steel garbage can for $80 and never received it. I contacted Paypal to file a complaint, but they denied my claim stating "it was delivered". It was not delivered. I've emailed tiditime a few times and have never heard back from anyone.

I was searching for an ice cream maker and found the website tiditime.com

I ordered it and got a tracking number and when I called the post office about it, the label they had with the tracking number I gave them had a different address than what I had it it shipped to. I found a number on their website to ask them about it and I reached a company called ***** ******* and they told me to call the Better Business Bureau in Wichita Falls, TX.

Purchased a meat grinder from this site. Paid for it ($51.78) was taken out of my account. Have an order #29638 Said it was shipped, said it was delivered to the front door (was not, I was home all day when they said it was delivered)

Tried calling UPS, they said to contact the company. Have called and emailed and no response.

I ordered a shop fan from Tiditime. UPS tracking it was delivered. It was not. checked with UPS and they said the tracking number did not belong to me. Tried numerous times to reach Tiditime, phone, several e-mails with no response. I paid with paypal to Thai Dinh $145. I saw on google that others have been scammed just like me.

I was searching for a pressure cooker online and I found one with this website that accepted pay pal. I tried numerous ways of contacting them and finally got through to someone and it was a business called Kalco Machine in Wichita Falls, TX. They were aware of the scam and have received numerous calls about their contact being on this companies website. They have nothing to do with them.

Did you ever get your money back? I ordered an $80 stainless steel trash can and the same thing happened to me. Although, it was through Paypal and they wouldn't refund me because they said it "was delivered"...which is wasn't. I'm beyond mad, even all these months later. It seems like we could all get together and file a lawsuit?

Ordered a pressure cooker on July 9, 2020. The payment has come out of my account but when I track it through the website, it still says it’s on hold. Funny, how one number on their site is to a random business in Wichita Falls, and when called they have had multiple calls asking about orders from “tiditime”. The other number on their website I have called 15673 times with no answer. 637 emails sent to the email on the site. I just got ripped off by a communist. That’s ok- it’s 90$.
