Type of a scam Employment
I worked a total of 8 hrs they refused to pay me for due to client hiring two cleaners and another client was upset I don't provide laundry services (which I informed client of upon arrival and client agreed to service anyway.) I went above & beyond all gigs but Tidy refused to pay me for all of them. There is NEVER anyone to speak with AT ANY TIME, even during emergencies. You must send a message via app or website (if either is working correctly due to CONSTANT glitching) and wait 3 days to a week to get a response back. Even if there is an emergency in the home, you have to make a decision yourself because there's never anyone to talk to and all options on app are minimal & vague. They fine you for making decisions without them..what other choice do you have?! They always have an excuse that makes no sense as to why you're fined and if you make a valid point, they continue sending you the same email as if it is a computer malfunction. While signing up, they ask if you have any allergies (as any cleaning job does to ensure your safety) however they don't allow you to reject homes that have your allergens and blame it on privacy policy but that makes no sense and I've been working in this field for more than 20yrs and ALL cleaning jobs keep you away from the homes you're allergic to due to SAFETY! If you have to cancel the gig because of a safety issue, you're fined even though they supposedly encourage anyone not safe to leave. Now, I am trying to go back into my account to retrieve payment history to file my taxes and now it is saying my account never existed!!
