Tiffany & Co. Imposter Website - Online Retailer Scam - Instagram Ads Reports & Reviews (3)

I follow Tiffany online. I clicked on a Tiffany advertisement on Instagram for cyber Monday for 85% off. I clicked the ad that took me to what I thought was Tiffany page because it looked identical.

It had a contact us information link that looked legitimate but when I placed my order I received an email confirmation from [email protected] stating my order was placed. They even offered an unexpired 10% off coupon for my next purchase.

I have ordered from Tiffany before but the email is always includes the full Tiffany in the email address. It is not [email protected]. I immediately went back to the website and noticed the heading said www.silverhearttag.com. not Tiffany.com

I knew then it was fake, I immediately reached out to cancel but was told I could not cancel. I was fortunate enough to contact my bank to dispute the purchase as fraud.

Upon further research, I noticed so many people didn't receive items. I received my item but no returns/customer service for the item to send it back. I emailed them at [email protected] for return label. They replied with needing photos. I replied with a screenshot of the returns policy. They now are trying to get me to repurchase the fake item instead of sending me a return label or telling me where I can send it back to.

This company does not exist, they will take your money and you will never see any of the items you thought you had purchased.
They even give you a fictitious tracker link and occasionally reply to your complaints until you realise it’s a scam.
Sad and disgusting individuals .

This ad showed up on my Instagram (I have since reported it) and I thought it would be awesome to get my daughter a Tiffany necklace for her upcoming college graduation. It made sense that there was a sale on cyber Monday. Anyway, I ordered two necklaces and then through searching the website for some other information, I started noticing inconsistencies from what I would expect from real Tiffany & Co. On further investigation, I noticed the website was not legit and there is no contact information other than an email address that's probably not monitored. I'm out $130 but I'm more worried that they'll improperly store my credit card information and steal more from me. I've reported them to Instagram as false, as well as Tiffany & Co. and now you.
