My order was placed on 12/02 and since it has been over a week I decided to contact them to ask them about my order. At first they replied back and asked me what website I used, when I told them that I used the website listed above, they said that it was not their site...So I forwarded a copy of the email I received and told them that this was the contact information located on the site. They then told me that they could not process my request through the site, and that I would have to give them the order number. (which they never gave me). When I asked for a phone number to speak with customer service about my order or a refund, the blocked my messages.
Please note that they are using another email name as well
