I have not received my dress I ordered and normally I don’t have issues with tiger fox but when they stated my dress was delivered and it wasn’t I had to contact support. But it’s been 2 weeks now and no response! I’ve emailed them and wrote them on social media. Emails comeback saying messages could not be delivered due to too many attempts. No response on social media, I feel useless and disappointment. I just want my dress or money back ! Please response to your customers in a timely manner

If u can’t get ur money back just open a case with PayPal or with ur bank click clothes never receive and they will give u the money back in 2 days learn how banks work

They asked me to be a brand ambassador for them and have me half off my first order. I needed to return ALL of the items and I NEVER EVER received my money back. I tried and tried, they wouldn't send me my money back. This was almost 1 year ago.

Make sure you make a complaint on the Better Business Bureau !
Only way the attention needed for these scammers. Unfortunately the same thing happened to me.

Contact via social media, requesting if I was interested in being an ambassador. This required me to make a purchase at discounted price. I would then receive a discount code for friends to use + commission... they were so great till I sent them my confirmation order then they blocked me from commenting on their photos and never replied to me after that. ABSOLUTE SCAM..

I tried to reach out to tiger fox boutique about my order which it’s been 3 weeks and I’ve seen nothing about my order not even a receipt. They then responded and sent me a tracking number which was faulty and lead me to no shipping handler. They claimed that their business was in China so that explained the delay. I then went to their Instagram account and saw several women stating how they’ve also ordered from this site and haven’t received anything in months. Once I reached out to these girls all of them had sent me messages stating how they’ve been scammed and how tiger boutique wouldn’t give them their orders. I then decided to post them on my social media and all of my messages from other girls in the similar situation as me. It caught the company’s attention and they requested me to take down my social media posts in exchange for a refund on my order and keeping my items for free once they would have arrived. I never complied and they unfollowed me.

Contacted me via social media. Said I could use a promo to receive clothes for free but never sent clothes and took my money. I messaged them on Instagram to see about a refund and never replied to me. Then they sent me “what I had purchased” and even the clothes were a scam. Nothing like the pictures on the website. I’m still constantly messaging them for them to refund me my money but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be getting that money back. THIS IS A SCAM! I’m not the first person they’ve done this too either. I received a DM from another girl telling me that they were a scam but that wasn’t until after I had ordered clothes from them.
