Purchased a phone case. Took 6 weeks to arrive and case was for a different model than purchased. They offered to replace. Then offered a 15% refund to keep it. Then last offer was 30% refund to keep it or option to send to warehouse for a full refund "once it is received" which would likely cost more than I paid.
