I ordered a face mask on September 2, 2024 and it was supposed to be delivered within 3 days. I received the face mask on September 12, 2024. It was of such bad quality that I immediately returned it via USPS with the return label that tiktok provided to me and on Friday September 13th it was delivered back to tick tock at the address provided at 11:30 a.m.. now tick tock is saying that it wasn't received and they will send me another return label. I have spent 7 hours on the phone with them this far to no avail.
