The TikTok link sends you to the website where you look at what you want for the that is advertised $6.95 when you click on the button it takes you to the credit card information which the price is increased. After entering the payment information the website no longer shows you the day or time your order will be delivered.

I have not received any confirmation or emails from this company.

I would like a full refund.

I’m sure this company has scammed a lot of customers please research this matter.

I saw an ad on TikTok for jewelry which took me to a third party site. I purchased the jewelry and never received my order. I contacted them many times through email but never received a response. They don’t have a phone number listed to contact them.

Saw the "viral" video on TikTok for an ice maker. I placed the order for$15. It's exactly what i had in my account. I get notifications for every single transaction with my card. So i was surprised when i got another notification where they attempted to take an extra dollar. It was declined. Well i waited and waited and i got an email a week ago claiming that they'd run out of stock and that they issued a refund. I've not received any refund. I tried emailing them at the only contact info they provide on their site and in their emails and my emails get rejected. I realize now I've been had and that all those products shown on TikTok are just fraud. The website in question, www.cinammonfinds.com, didn't have any info about where they're from, their warehouse, corporate office, customer service, etc.

Item was being advertised on TikTok. We placed an order and received a confirmation and was charged $15.98. A few days later I received an email saying due to low stock I was being refunded. I never received a refund so I emailed them using the email provided in their email and the email continuously failed. I have disputed the charge with my bank.
