A TikTok shop advertised novelty goods, and many TikTok shops had been flourishing when this happened. I had ordered a dinosaur novelty toy as a Christmas present for a family member. An email with the order number and receipt of purchase was sent, and then there was never any follow-up emails from the shop, nor any return of contact after reaching out to the customer help email listed on the website.
