We hired Jacob Eck, Tile Works to redo our bathroom tile and floor. He asked for $1,800 cash in advance so that’s what we paid him. He said it would take 2 days to do. Then he came the next day layed down the tile. Then the following day didn’t show up then the 3rd day said he had a family emergency and after 2 weeks of our family of 6 having to take bucket showers because he took the bathroom apart and never returned to finish the job. After two weeks he texted my husband and said he had too much on his plate and couldn’t finish the job. We had to hire someone else to finish the job we had already paid him for and the pluming he did was leaking and he clogged our toilet by leaving a tile spacer in the toilet hole!
