this man came to my sister's door offered to re do her gutters. she told him she couldn't afford it and he said he would work with her. this was Aug 14 2017. She gave him money for supplies first one was for 750.00 check He showed up weeks later, tore down gutters, said additional work needs to be done, gave him 1500.00 both cashed on the day given and hasn't been back. He calls to say that he's coming but never shows. He is an older gentleman, uses GOD name to suck you in..
