Gave me and my Dentistry the run around when its time to cover for work service done. The policy clearly states they should cover but denied my claimed.
Tried to call them many times, still no reply(800-433-0088), even if they did answer, they will give you the run around and tell you to call another department or they department has charge and another department are in charged. Said they will get back to you but go MIA until you check back with them.
