Received a text message that says,"Hello, would you be interested in selling 1234 XXXX St in ABCDEF city for $200,000? I can bring cash and cover closing costs. -Tim"

1. It's a low ball offer

2. Nobody offers to sell via text massage

3. Private buyers still have to contact the actual owner to begin the selling process and that ain't me.
