I am trying to contact this company for the shirts I ordered. I have an order # and everything I believe I am being scammed. I paid for 2 shirts and was trying to contact them to add names like they advertised. Please reply

The pictures make the product appear to be a knit or acrylic sweater, but the actual product is a cheap, thin jersey like material that in no way is a sweater. The seams are terrible, the print is pathetic, and their refund policy makes it impossible to return (they ship from the US but require you to return the product to Asia at a cost that is half what you paid for the sweater). Avoid at all costs!

The scammer advertised Christmas Sweaters online via facebook. I paid for 545.00 of sweaters that I never received and were never shipped out to me. Attempts to get my money back were ignored.
