We received a call from a lady named Jennifer Norton in response to a listing she had on Facebook.  We were seeking a buyer for our vacation club membership.  She made many promises indicating he had a buyer and requested paperwork which was sent along with administrative fees.  She was supposed to send a letter of intent and it was supposed to be sent to us via Fed-Ex.  We paid for it and the insurance because it contained a check.  She supplied us with a tracking number that was not valid.  Fed-Ex advised us the number was two years old.  Attempts to contact her have proved useless. Watch out !
