Ad showed Oprah Winfrey advertising the Le Creuset Cooking Pot set giveaway, just pay $9.95 shipping. I paid the 9.95 on Dec.28th 2023. When I checked my account on January 5th 2024 , I noticed that my credit card was debited $179.84 to Louisiana Kitchen. I called the number associated with the debit and spoke with customer service. I was told that I entered the giveaway and it will be drawn on Feb 10th 2024. I then asked why was $179.84 taken from my account. I was told that I was not forced to enter and my money cannot be refunded. I told the person who had a Chinese accent that I am not going to leave them with my money. Either I get the pots or refund my money. The person hung up on me.
