Ulia J Sene representing Timeless Tree Service approached me to remove a tree on my property that was dying. I paid him $1000 as an advance on the job. That was in November 2020. It is now September of 2021. He has give endless excuses and promises to do the job or return my deposit. He has not kept any appointments and refuses to return my deposit.
