Harassment caller is constantly calling my place of employment work #, up to 3 times a day, everyday, with verbal abuse and harassments. The man answering the phone was arrogant, rude, intimidating and when I tried to ask him a question, he hung up on me. I called back and to find out what's going on and he threatens me with litigation if I don't pay, but still hasn't told me the amount, and identify with more details what's going on. He said that this was for "Timely Payday Loans", and the business was demanding payment, but they could litigate in my behalf? I told them I do not know anything about a Timely Payday Loan. I said if that's the case then they must have a contract they can supply me with more detail on. The man got more belligerent, loud and angry. I told him I'm was reporting him and hung up.

They also said they have my address of employment, etc., and was going to call my human resources department. I'm a senior citizen who has lost sight in one eye and need surgery in my right eye. I won't be able to work much longer, I know. I can't afford this harassments at my work place. Please help me
