Company advertises beautiful decorations for sale. Actual item is a cheap silicone (maybe) type product. Item took 2.5 months to arrive. Company is refusing to refund/return item, even though their ad states "Fast refund - 100% refund guarantee". I've been emailing back and forth with the company, and they are unwilling to issue me a full refund, because they " have already paid for item costs, labor costs, shipping costs". I purchased 7 of these for a total cost of 50.40 US dollars.
