On May 2021 we signed up far a timeshare. Months later we heard Timeshare Freedom Group advertised on the KUPD radio station we contacted the number that was provided. Timeshare set up a consultation sent over hard copies to Timeshare Freedom Group the said it was a money back guarantee if they are unable to cancel our Timeshare. they said it's going to cost 5,000 but we can set up a payment because we are a low income family stayed in contacted for the first few months after that couldn't get ahold of anybody. They allowed my information to leak. Timeshare Finally contacted me and informed me they are under the investigation by Better Business Bureau and Stewart Tile was taking over due to there lack of promises which turn out to be a scam now I'm out of $2,600 is what I paid Timeshare Freedom Group $3,850 is what I paid Stewart Tile. Shri from Stewart Tile headquarter reached out and informed me it was scam and for me to contact the Phoenix Police and get a police report number and police told me to contact the ScamPulse.com

Timeshare Freedom Group was working on me and my husband Timeshare getting out of the contact every thing went will they receive there money monthly then no contact couldn’t get in touch with them no return calls no emails return I just hurt by this that they took advantage of us

The company Timeshare Freedom group starts out great, but as time goes after you have paid the fee 2600 and change, almost 2 years and you have questions, and the right to request a refund thing take a strange turn. Started being contacted by reps , from numbers not associated with the company, saying money has to be put in an escrow account buy me???, and the title had been sold for some exorbitant amount which I will be getting once the money is deposited. It was totally unbelievable. Even the Attorney they work with who had our case was skeptical about their practices and started to have to send e-mails saying the contacts are not coming from the Attorneys office.
