DAVID MARTINEZ FROM A COMPANY CALLED TIMESHARE SALES EXPERT WAS THE GO BETWEEN. THEY SAID THEY HAD A CLIENT THAT WANTED TO BUY MY TIMESHARE. THIS ALL STARTED IN OCTOBER. THEY REQUESTED THAT VARIOUS THINGS HAD TO BE PAID BY ME TO PROCEED AND GAVE ME AN ADDRESS IN THE DOMINCAN REPUBLIC TO RIA THE FUNDS. FUNDS WERE TYPICALLY 100 TO 250 DOLLARS AT A TIME. NEEDED FUNDS WERE PAID OVER 6 MONTHS AND A CASHIERS CHECK TO COVER THE TIMESHARE AND MONIES SPENT TO FINALIZE THE TRANSACTION WERE TO BE FED EX'S TO ME. I WAS GIVEN A TIME FOR FED EX TO ARRIVE AND THEY DID NOT, AND TIMESHARE SALES EXPERTS IS NO LONGER ANSWERING THE PHONE.

I was contacted by a The gentleman who contacted me (Mr. Michael Davis ) stated he was a Sales Director for Timeshare Sales Expert. He stated he had a buyer for a Timeshare I own. The price for the Unit was very high and enticing. (16900.00). He sent me a contract and then he called me. He then told me I would have to pay upfront $950.00 for closing costs. I told him to lower the price and have the buyer pay the closing costs. At that point he told me he would present that to the buyers and abruptly hung up the phone. He never called back.
