Type of a scam Online Purchase
They offered 2 vacations for $350 as long as I used them in 4 years. They said I would not have to attend any Previews or the VIP Amenity Showcases. The agent never talked about cancellation policy. VERY HIGH PRESSURE. They have now blocked my calls to them. The individual spent quite a bit of time determining which package would be a great fit and even stated if I referred friends I'd get discounts on future packages. They charged my AMEX card and gave me 800 number (800-998-8539) to call when I was ready to book. They also said I had up to four years to book the vacations. The charges showed up on my card the next day, but I just disputed them with American Express.
I looked up the charge on my card and the number took me to the same voicemail that was full and not receiving new messages. I sent them an email and have not received a response. I'm now waiting on a American Express resolution now.
