I saw an add on instagram for BOGO trash cans and needed some so I placed the order. I also paid $9.99 for 3-4 day shipping. When the trash cans were not delivered, I sent an email to them asking them for an update. They asked if I had a screenshot of my order number which I told them I did not. I did give them my order number, the name I used to place the order and the email address I used to place the order. Every time the reply I would get would be did you get a screenshot of the order? They could never provide me a tracking number and I have sent 4-5 emails and each reply is the same. It's been over two weeks and I do not have the trash cans. When looking into the company later, I noticed they have no reviews. When going to their website I see them located in the UK. Their address is below. Please ensure this website gets taken down so no one else looses money.
