The website looked totally normal. I ordered a big bean bag chair because it was on sale and a good deal. Everything looked normal and I checked out and they took the money out of my account. Then about a month later I check the order and still says "awaiting shipment" and they will not reply to any contact. They supply a customer service email that they don't actually use and even have a Facebook page with a messenger option to contact them that way. I still have not heard a thing or gotten my money back to this day.
