Have been contacted by a Timmy Carter through Face Book. He posted on a friends page with information on government grants. He then wrote encouragements form my friend like he was her.

I contacted him and my big mistake sent him Western Union payments. He is now asking for more.

Sent first payment to Phillip Watkins

206 Travis St.

Next payment went to Nigeria

He did send a certificate for the grant.

He has asked for money and I still have him on my page.

I need your help. I know I fell for a scam. Just want this to stop and protec others.
