There is an ad circulating on Facebook showing Chef Gordon Ramsey annoucing a giveaway of a HexClad cookware set. All you have to do is pay $9.95. I had a charge in my account of $79.95. Nowhere in the ad did it say anything about a membership fee, which apparently that was what the charge was for. I called the number that I got from my account information. A lady I spoke with told me that was a membership fee. I asked for a refund, but she told me company policy states, "no refunds".

I tried calling the number again today (06/15/2023), but as usual the call would not go through.
