I went to Cabo and gave my Amex card thinking I was covered should I change my mind. They gave such a hard sell and I was told the money was refundable. I called several times and got different people each time with different information, each leading up to the time I had to make my first payment. Again, it was either take out a ridiculously subsidized loan at an astronomical rate or use my Amex to fight the charge. I emailed- to no avail.

When I fought the charge, PB has a clause that says the money is not refundable. It’s a scam.
