Tinstree ---- Please don't give them your business!

So frustrating! Just like all the other reviews here. I ordered a pair of shoes that said it would arrive in a week. It took about 6 weeks and then didn't fit. They say that they offer returns, but I have sent 3 emails now requesting the return information and the response is the same... "but wouldn't you like store credit?", "you don't want to pay the EXPENSIVE shipping fee", "maybe you could gift them to someone" SERIOUSLY!
The shipping on this one pair of shoes is over $35 though the return address is in New Jersey. This kind of fraud needs to stop! I paid $6 shipping to get the shoes and now $35. I really want to return the shoes because I don't want their company records to think that all is well and that they have a low return rate. They need to know that they have MANY unhappy customers. Sorry, but I think the US middlemen need to step up and pay OR stop doing business with foreign companies. This is wrong and underhanded.
I wish I had read the reviews before doing business with this company.

This company is fake they are crooks I purchased a shoe from them in January it was suppose to arrive in 5 to 7 days , I contacted them the same day to cancel they never responded, I requested 5 time for a refund and cancelation, the never responded I purchased through pay pal put in a dispute 3 weeks later they sent me a fake tracking number that could not be found, I have photos. After being threatened by paypal, they purchased the shoe and sent it out I just recieved it from January on the 21st of February, mind you after waiting weeks for the shoe, I needed for an event I went thinking paypal would help get my money back , and purchased the exact boot from Amazon got it back in less than five days, and it don't have prime, so now I ask for a return label and address they refuse told me to sell the shoe

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from them. The booties were cut so narrow I couldn't even get my foot into them. The loafers didn't fit great but I thought I could were them in. The rubber shoe strings broke the first time I wore them. Trying to return them and get a refund has been impossible. They tried to tell me it would be better for me to take their coupon and gift or donate the shoes. They warned me that the return would be expensive and the shoes could get lost in transit. Never buy from them again. Stay away not a legit business

Do not buy from this company! Scam!!!

I ordered two pairs of shoes in my normal size (7). These shoes are very small and extremely narrow. They seem to be almost like a child’s size. I tried returning them for a refund but they are adamant that I should take a store credit because my shipping costs will be very expensive. They’re charging me $35 to return one pair of shoes. I only paid $15 in shipping when I ordered them. This was a huge mistake buying from this company. They are frauds, scamming people with their 100% refundable claims and do not honor they’re return policy. Do not order from the company!

Awful quality and customer service

I ordered a pair of shoes from this site for a wedding, which arrived too late so I didn’t need them anymore. Their website says they honor returns within 30 days, so I sent an email asking how to send them back for a refund. They replied saying I could get a 20% off coupon for my next purchase, to which I reiterated that I would prefer to return them. They gave me this whole response about how I could return them if I really wanted to, but that I would risk them getting lost in the shipping process and offered me a partial refund instead. I agreed to the partial refund to avoid the shipping hassle. Then I finally opened the package only to find out the straps on both heels were broken. They’re so cheaply made and I completely regret every buying from this company.

COMPLETE SCAM!

Ordered a pair of booties which I received in a padded envelope with a US address as sender. The boots did not fit! They were a size too small! I ordered my regular size! The opening was so small a child's ankle would not fit into it! Placed boots back in original package and wanted to return! They are refusing to accept my return despite EVERY criteria which they stated on their return policy has been met! Instead of refunding your money they offer you a coupon for future purchases! I am livid and stuck with non fitting boots! Their return policy is a complete FRAUD! They do not honor any returns of brand new, unworn in original package items!

This company sells shoes that they claim are 100% guaranteed and fully refundable, however, they fail to state that return fees are paid for by the customer and therefore cost more than the actual shoes themselves. They also state that shipping is a few days when it took weeks, and when I complained about them being late, they miraculously showed-up in two days. They try to talk you out of returns or exchanges and ask for proof of your dissatisfaction. The shoes are cheap and unwearable. They should not be allowed to sell in the USA.

They kept saying “wait a little longer” etc

I made a purchase with Tinstree and then several hours later change my mind about the purchase and emailed the company to request a refund. At this point, the order hadn't shipped and it had been less than 12 hours since I made the order so I figured a refund would be a simple process. When I got a response from the company the next day, they asked why i was requesting a refund-this is actually irrelevant and unnecessary information for them, but I let them know I simply didn't wish to move forward with the order. A couple days later passed and they hadn't responded back so I followed up and the response was very innapropriate-they apologized for the delay in getting back to me and let me know my order had shipped, no mention of anything regarding my refund. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS. I am pissed off. I have emailed them again tonight requesting the refund plus the cost they charged me for international shipping. This is absurd and rediculous. I will never shop there again!

The shoes I purchased from this website is awful the bottom of the shoes have dye all over the bottom,and you can see the glue. I reached out to them they told me the return is too expensive and I could keep them or give away and they would give me a small percentage back. I will never buy from here again.

Tinstree offers a fake return/refund policy that they do not honor. I ordered two pairs of shoes and the shoe that I wanted arrived damaged. I contacted customer service for a refund and a service rep named Vanessa tried to bargain with me regarding my refund. DO NOT order anything from this store. This store has cheap items and they do not honor the return policy that is advertised on the website.

I ordered shoes from Tinstree Aug 22 and then realized they weren’t what we wanted. I emailed them 13 mins after placing order. The company is based in Hong Kong and the response was why did u cancel? I explained it was placed in error and we don’t want shoes, requesting refund and order cancelled. Vanessa offered big discount off next order and could I give them to someone else? I said no we requested canx and full refund. Then she came back with 30%. I reiterated canx and refund. They sent the shoes received 9/8/21 and I have refused order with USPS. Also disputed charge with Amex and canx my card. This is very shonky!!
