Ordered 12-15-2023. Website stated "Processing" until I emailed them on 2/9/2024. Their emailed stated that it had been delivered, but if I didn't have it, to check with my neighbors. I replied to them that my neighbors didn't receive it. I receive daily emails from USPS with package tracking numbers and I was never notified that it was even scheduled for delivery. I requested proof of delivery and they stopped responding. As of 3/16/2024, I still have not received the product.
