There is no communication after they take your money from purchasing an item. I am pregnant for the first time with twins and they have a custom twin crib I wanted for my babies. I paid in full for the crib 5 months ago. Since then we were promised contracts that were never sent to us regarding waivers, custom designs, and even tracking numbers. We were told the  reached out to the owner asking focrib would be delivered by June 4th( 5 months). As the date got closer Ir communication on the delivery date. I am now one month away from delivering my twins with no crib nor any word from this company after paying almost a few thousand for it. I reported to my credit card company that I was frauduantly billed from TT&T. I hope this helps another first time mother not go through stress.

Also on another unprofessional note, when the owner first sells you the crib she claims she sells her furniture to a lot of celebrities. I never spoke my mind until now but I thought this was really disrespectful. My dollar is just as good as any "celebrity". However I guess she discriminates different clients too.
