There is a instagram account called tiny_teacup_puppies_ and they were selling yorkies for $700 and they asked for $980 for a refundable insurance fee to transport the puppy to me. Then they asked for $350 for a special crate, then the next day they asked for another $350 for the puppy to get their vaccine in the airport which I refused because I've already paid $2020 and they said they were going to ship the puppy back to the owner. The owner said that he would refund my money last night at 8pm and I have heard from him since!! I've been trying to get a hold of him and he has no responded back!! He just took my money!! I'm really upset about it
