I placed an order on 11/25/24. Got a confirmation email & shipping information email. Updated shipping info said package should be delivered early Dec, then showed it to be delayed and so contacted the company one month ago and they keep saying USPS has the package, but they have no record of it and the company has repeatedly refused to issue me a return.

I ordered 4 items from Tiny Explorings. They were offering what appeared to be a promotion for the product, which was $0.00, and I only had to pay for shipping. There was one other item that totaled $17.99, but the shipping cost totaled $25.99. I tracked the item, but it never showed any progress. I communicated with the customer support, but they kept giving me excuses as to why the order had not been delivered. When I finally told them I wanted a refund, they no longer responded to me, but when I was inquiring about the delivery, I was given excuses.

Offer for “free” product, just to pay shipping. Shipping paid, email received saying item was shipped and sent. When clicking on tracking link or inputting into the delivery service website, no such item is found.

I came across this company via Instagram and they posted sock booties that I was looking to get my young child who is starting to walk. I placed an order for the product on 12/25 and paid for it as well. On 12/29 I received a shipping confirmation email from the company however when clicking the tracking number it stated they are waiting for the product to be received. After a week of not updating I emailed the company regarding the status. Their head of customer service, Caroline, responded after I requested a refund and stated they were not prepared for the influx and to wait 7 days. I requested a refund and she responded she could not due to the product being sent out and I would have to wait until I receive the product in order to send it back and then the refund can be requested. I waited 10 days and the shipping company still has not received the product. I messaged Caroline again and she responded with CEO of the company will contact you and find a solution. They are refusing to give me a refund for a product I never received from them. Many others have also fallen victim to this company and have not received the product but have provided personal information in order to purchase.

They advertised on Facebook a free give away of shoes for their 2nd anniversary of being in business. The only thing they said was that you must pay for shipping. So I entered all necessary information for payment and delivery, but the shoes were never delivered.

The website says the baby sock shoes are free and you pay for shipping. Shipping was not too crazy for me, however after doing more research other people paid a lot in shipping. There are reviews of the product being poor quality. It’s been 3 weeks since my order and it’s in the same place in Jamaica, NY “awaiting usps arrival”. There are reviews saying that people’s packages have been seized for counterfeit postage as well.

I ordered a pair of shoes and after looking into the company further saw that other people had been scammed. I immediately requested to cancel my order (within 10 minutes of purchase) and the company refused even though no products have been shipped.

There was an add on Instagram to offer to try out free baby shoes and you just pay shipping. I ordered them and after ordering it asked if I wanted a mystery box available for a large % off. I clicked yet and it added that payment to the order. It asked again if I wanted a smaller mystery box filled with baby items from them for a great price and said yes. I should'vw received two mystery boxes from them, a small and a large. I received a piece of foam and what I think is a sock as the two mystery boxes. I reached out to the company asking where the boxes were and they stated that those items were the boxes. They want me to return them and pay for shipping in order to get my refund. They also won't refund the full amount unless I rerun and pay for shipping. I don't return them they will only give me a 40% refund. They clearly cost $1 or less each and I paid over $10 each for them.
