The owner of Tiny Home Builders Texas, Martin Acosta, claims to own a tiny home construction company. He owns a total

of three websites (tinyhomebuildersxxx.com, where xxx = either texas, Florida, or California)

He scammed my mother out of $70,000. He provided a contract but never signed the contract. He could never produce a single shred of evidence corroborating who he was as a business owner. He continuously propagated lies and postponed deliverables on the tiny home. He uses WhatsApp as his preferred method of communication. He has spent ~1 year dragging my mother along claiming he needs more time to build the tiny home. He has provided zero pictures. When it was time to deliver the home, he claims it was flooded and the insurance company will not allow him to take any pictures of the home. He is a criminal.
