I was searching to buy my fiancé and I a new havanese puppy because we already have one and love his personality and i found this one for around the same peive that we got our first one. So i contacted the seller and he was located in Richmond,VA so i asked about shipping. He said the puppy was $600 and shipping was $185 because i wouldn’t havw had time to drive there. So i paid the $785 in full payment and asked if she could be delivered Saturday (This was all on a Wednesday). Everything seemed to be good and he stayed in touch with me and today all day (Saturday), He told me all of the paperwork and registration was done and he was waiting at the airport to drop my puppy to be on its way to me and that seemed to be approx. from 11am-1:30pm where he stopped texting me back and wouldn’t answer my calls because i waited until 3pm to say anything back to him and now I am out $785 and still don’t have a puppy to surprise my future wife with.
