Searching for a quality karaoke machine for my 4 year old granddaughter. Consumer Reviews listed it as the best machine, so unfortunately i went with it.

Item was promised to be delivered before Christmas, it was not. Given a tracking number that is not legitimate. Promised an email with updates about tracking, never received even after multiple calls to "customer service". After reading the reviews i realized i probably have been scammed as well.
