Technician "dave" was sent to our home to clean the chimney. It was immediately evident this person is not trained, most likely not licensed or bonded either. Dave was breaking equipment, leaving things behind, Ladder, tools) and he was merely banging around in the chimney for about 10 minutes. Upon lighting our first fire later that week, ALL of the smoke and soot came pouring into the house. Clearly the chimney was not cleaned! Upon looking at their google reviews, it is evident the company had asked their friends and family to review the business, falsifying information and posing as clients. They scammed us out of nearly $300 for this. When we called to complain/ask the company to send someone qualified out, they simply said they'd have a technician call us and they never did. They also used another company name, like "Grace Roofing", which I will be looking into as well.
